Dear Ken (and Sue!), I just wanted to write and express my satisfaction and gratitude for all the work you did and the help you gave in the settling of my Aunt Geri’s estate. Her home and effects were some of the more difficult things to sort through, and I am so thankful to have had someone there who is honest, dependable, thorough and efficient, to handle the business of selling the house and taking care of her things. You got us a great price for the house and got it sold in the time frame in which we needed it done. Although we only had a week in Massachusetts to try and handle everything, I felt safe leaving what was undone in your capable hands.
